KUMAR "NEW SUPER PRESS" Series Oil Expellers are Designed for greater versality, Capacity and Efficiency. The Expellers conisists of Double Chambers for crushing different type of oil seeds like Jatropha, Sunflower, Mustard,Sesame,Soyabean,Copra, Palm Kernel and various other edible and non edible Oil seeds.

The oil expellers are supplied with 1 to 5 stage stack cookers for conditioning the oil seeds before crushing. These cookers are self driven with their independent geared motor. Oil Expellers are based on the latest Design and Technology due to the constant in house R & D resulting in energy efficient Expellers.

Double chamber, Main Shaft (Alloy steel ) water cooled , Ultrasonically tested Worms, Collars, Cage bars, Cone ring M.S. Case Hardened & Tempered. Fabricated base with in built oil/foots discharge conveyor. Model NSP MK II B

• Extra heavy duly spherical roller thrust bearing on Expeller main shaft for preventing and damage t the gear box,during reverse rotation of the main shaft when the machine is choked.
• Multistage vertical stack cooker for proper conditioning of the seeds.
